In our class, Älgarna, the teaching takes place in both Swedish and English. Our goal is for the student to have fun, thus expanding their vocabulary and learning more about Sweden, and Swedish culture through games and various apps. The children are between 5 and 10 years old, and we have six students in the class. This year we will travel to different cities in Sweden. The class is led by teachers Olivia and Viktor.
This class is offered to students in 1st-5th grade with limited understanding of Swedish language. The focus of this class is to increase students’ Swedish vocabulary, help form simple sentences verbally and to promote the Swedish culture.
