Responsibility of Library:
In recent years we have asked parents to help running the library with great success. For each time we meet at AIS one Swedish group will be responsible for the library (usually two parents can run it)
Our books are stored in boxes at the school location (lowest level, where the youngest students have classes. Under the stairways opposite the restroom). When the Swedish School lessons starts, a few parents will grab the boxes to take them to the cafeteria. All the books are placed on the cafeteria tables and voilà the library is ready (before 2pm). By the end of the school period, the same parents put the books into the boxes again and carry them to the storage location (after 4pm).
